here comes the 12km run at east coast... weird thing is i dun even feel tired tho i slept like only 2 hrs due to Euro 2008.. hah... i just feel that the body was feeling like jelly... maybe i really old thats y my body reacted in this way... next fri going to be another run... this time going to be worse coz it will be held in camp but shorter distance (8km). but still it is boring la... dunno can take off anot as what i have scheduled liao... haiz...
